Q: Who owns Copper Stone and how long have you been in business?
A: Copper Stone Catering & Event Center may be a new name, but we’ve been owned and operated by St. Theodosius Orthodox Christian Cathedral in Tremont, Ohio since 1975! We’ve gone through an extensive renovation here at our event center on the corner of Ridge and Biddulph in Brooklyn, and our new name reflects the beautiful changes. You may also remember us as Ridge Manor Banquet Center.
Q: Can I just rent the room and bring my own food?
A: No, we are a full service caterer so we provide all food in-house. However our amazingly talented chefs are happy to customize any of our Event Packages to fit with your vision for your event.
Q: Can I supply my own alcohol?
A: No, we hold the liquor license at our venue so all beer, wine, and liquor is provided by us. We have several packages available from full open bars to cash bars.
Q: Do you offer off-site catering at other venues?
A: Yes! We love doing off site events at other venues. We don’t like to extend ourselves too far, so we only handle a few on and off site events per day so as to give the best service possible.
Q: When can I tour the venue?

Q: How many event spaces do you have?
A: Our event center has 4 spaces: the Ballroom which divides into 3 sections, and the Patio Room which features an attached outdoor patio with gazebo. Check out our Room Capacity Chart to see which room best fits your event.
Q: Do you have a minimum requirement?
A: Yes. Our minimum guest count is, in part, set by you. We ask for a 90% guarantee of your estimated guest count. For example, if you are expecting 100 guests, you are guaranteeing at least 90 guests. For Saturday evening events during the peak season months of May through October a minimum spend of $2,500.00 is required for each room selected.
